What the site is. A free service that helps homeowners reach independent local water damage restoration companies by phone. Nobody from Water Damage Kirkland comes to your house or works on it.

Agreements for work. Any agreement is between you and the company you hire. We aren't a party to it and aren't responsible for a company's work, prices, conduct, registration, licensing or insurance.

Your checks. Before hiring, confirm the company's Washington L&I registration, insurance and qualifications, and read any contract or authorization before signing.

Content. Site content is general information and may be incomplete or out of date; it isn't professional, legal, insurance or safety advice.

As is. The site and service are provided as is, without warranties.

Liability. To the extent the law allows, Water Damage Kirkland isn't liable for damages arising from use of the site or from work performed by any company you reach through it.

Recording. Phoning the number on this site means agreeing that the call may be recorded and reviewed for quality and billing.

Changes and governing law. We may post revised terms here. These terms are governed by Washington law.
